UK Broadband
« on: September 22, 2007, 01:11:24 AM »
We've recently switched to broadband provided by UK provider PlusNet and we'd like to recommend it to you:

So if you're in Britain and thinking about getting a better faster Internet connection, check it out.  If you sign up with them, please use our account name in the referral details : "rootvg".

(For each referral we get our bill reduced ;D)

We really are delighted with this provider, now owned by BT apparently, they have received excellent independent reviews for having the best of service.  The free technical support 24-hour phone line is amazing!  Overnight bandwidth usage is completely free too - so we'll be doing some heavy backups to the at home server soon.  Normal hours home-user usage from as little as ?9.99 a month, various business options too.

They also do telephone packages with free calls which hopefully will reduce our other communications bills too.

This has been a public service announcement for our UK readers  ::)
