ACTIVATION OF AN ACCOUNT MUST BE COMPLETED BY YOU, IN REPLY TO AN EMAIL. YOU MUST PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS, IDEALLY USE YOUR COMPANY EMAIL DOMAIN. DO NOT CHOOSE A USERNAME FOR THE FORUM BASED ON YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.
THE FORUM IS SET FOR ADMINISTRATOR APPROVAL OF NEW IDS, A PROCESS WHICH MAY TAKE UP TO TWO WEEKS TO COMPLETE, AT THE DISCRETION OF THE ADMIN STAFF. ONLY WHEN APPROVED ARE YOU ARE SENT THE ACTIVATION EMAIL, WHICH YOU MUST THEN REPLY TO WITHIN A WEEK.

ONCE REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE YOU SHOULD LOGIN AND USE YOUR ACCOUNT ON A REGULAR BASIS.
As you register you will choose your forum username. We advise that you think carefully as to the format of that username, as your username and email address will be used to assess whether the registration is genuine or from a robot.
Forum usernames that are the same as the email address name will be rejected. The domains "yahoo", "gmail" and "mail.ru" are often used by robots to register something like forum username "blogger" with an email address of "blogger.joe@mail.ru", and thus those are not approved.
Please don't make multiple registrations from the same IP address in the same week - such IDs are liable to be removed, even before being activated.
Your password must contain at least 8 characters and use both upper and lower case letters as well as numbers, it should not include your username. Choose something complex and unique as a password for your account, to prevent account theft.
With the user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to any other person. You also agree to NEVER use another person's account for any reason.
You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International or United States Federal law. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also forbidden on this forum.

Our member list is checked regularly. Where accounts which have not been active on-line and have email addresses or usernames that appear suspicious, they are deleted without warning! Multiple registrations from the same IP address are also liable to be purged, so that we retain only recently used account(s). Previously used accounts that have not made any postings in the forum, will be also be deleted if not used for long periods - presently a year.
Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this forum or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.
Also note that the software places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browser's cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer.
