bash-4.3.39.1 Announcement

This is bash-4.3 patched thru patch 39 - same as bash-4.3.39.0.

The difference is that this version logs all command history to syslog - user.info - by default. See http://www.aixtools.net/index.php/bash#Release_Notes for more info and the download links.

I changed the format of the SYSLOG messages to be more like regular AIX syslog messages (by request). The version number is now bash-4.3.39.2
